A lot of review sites have a period of time where they were producing reviews without ratings (exclaim, popmatters, Paste, etc.). It’d be cool if there was a way to submit album reviews even when there is no rating so users could still find them easily.
No, because it could lead to confusion.
I think it could be a good idea to have something like “Additional Reviews” for something like this. I’m hoping to create an expanded Critics Review page for each album sometime in the future, and this might fit in well there.
You could create a separate section with non-online magazine scores.
To slightly change the subject, it would be great if for “singles” we would be able to add critic reviews without needing to give a score, since most sites don’t give “singles” scores.
