Redundantly added artists and releases

Occasionally I notice albums (and sometimes artists) that have been added to the site twice.

I accidentally added the following album even though it was already on the site:

I have also noticed that Stargazer Lilies have been added twice:

The correct name for the latter band is “The Stargazer Lilies” so the other entry is not correct.

Her albums are credited as Ringo Sheena as far as I can tell. Her actual name is romanized Yumiko Shiina, so that probably explains the mixup.
