How do I make a list?

I’ve scrolled through the site several times, but I can’t figure out how to make a list. How do I do that?

I’ve been meaning to create a guide for this.

Right now you do it from an album page:

Clicking “Add To” allows you to start a new list or add it to an existing list.

Am I missing something or is there no way to reorder a list once it is made?

Yes, on the list, right beneath the title, click the Edit button.
