Someone else suggested that and I thought I downvoted it, but I see now that I must have accidentally upvoted it. I’m all for punishments if I know I’ve done something wrong, so in the future, maybe let me know through a comment or a shout, or even a real email or something, that way I actually feel like the money that I’m giving to the site is actually worth something. @Rob Also, 1 infraction and perma-banned from this feature is unreasonable. I’m on this site because of the communal aspect that connects me to other people, and now I’m going to be concerned that any mistake I make is going to come back to bite me and I won’t even be able to make my posts available at all. I’m honestly really upset to find out that THAT was the reason, especially since I now no longer have permission to change it the other way. Do better.

How were you left in the dark if you knew why the permissions were removed? How many chances should be given before “it was just a joke” isn’t an acceptable reason?

Pretty sure that I was banned from voting because of voting Shoegaze for “TOTAL XANARCHY” last year but I’m pretty sure my vote for that has been removed by a mod and I’ve also removed all of my joke tags as well so if you could please re-enable my tag visibility as well I’d appreciate it and don’t plan on abusing either of those in the future. ^^

Hi. My username is SPORK_REVIEWS and I was recently banned to suggest genres on AOTY for the same thing. I think it was due to the Shark Tale genre suggestions.
I was banned again. But I didn’t explain this in my last post. Anything you see in the genres that’s just wrong or spam and it seems like an abusing the feature, it’s just all the stuff I put as genres before the ban came in. Ive literally only put like 3 album genres in total after the ban, so yea, whatever I did I’m sorry, but, yea.
