Adding lesser known genres

Similar to the label add feature, maybe we could implemment a feature where we could send in a genre, and then the admin could approve of it? Similar to how it works on RYM, where I think you can suggest new genres. I wanted to add Enka
and Kayōkyoku but I’m not sure if they’re already on

You can always add those genres with the already existing genre feature. If they don’t exist, they’ll need 2 or more votes to be accepted I think.
