Hi, I’m new in contributing this site.
I wonder if publications’ reviews from foreign editions can be introduced in the database even if they are not in English.
For example, if the French edition of Rolling Stone scored a local album, is this review elegible as a Rolling Stone score?

Those aren’t accepted. They have a different editorial staff so they would have to be a separate publication.
That makes sense to me, but there’s also smaller sites with music critic reviews (see HelloKpop, The South China Morning Post, Korean Indie) who review albums released in their specific language but write the reviews in English. I feel that those should maybe be certified sources as there’s few foreign albums with enough user or critic ratings to show up on end-of-year lists & I would like to see more. I understand it’s difficult, though.
