Policy For Unreleased Songs?

Howdy y’all! I was going through SoundCloud earlier today and remembered an Avril Lavigne song that I love (‘Lights Out’), but it’s unreleased.

Now, I’m wondering if we’re allowed to add song that aren’t officially released by the artist. If anyone knows, I’d appreciate it if you’d shoot me a comment explaining.

There is an ‘Unofficial’ section when adding music to AOTY, for which this would be best suited. But when you rate it it gets counted as an album rating, not a single rating, just so you know

Yeah, that was my issue; I don’t want it counting for an album rating if it’s just an unofficial single, you know.
