This is another random suggestion, but I think it’d be useful to be able to use markdown or HTML in reviews. For example, bolding words you want to put a certain emphasis on, italicizing album titles (as per grammar rules), adding bullet points or better-formatted links, etc. I don’t know how useful this would be, but just wanted to throw the idea out.
