Why do some albums not allow for track ratings?

Just wondering why some albums allow me to rate each individual track and some don’t? Is there anything I as a user can do to add track ratings to albums?

Not sure if this was intentional or not, but I don’t have the ability to rate individual tracks on every album, only a select handful. There also seems to be no pattern to which albums have tracklist ratings and which don’t

I’m pretty sure it has to be manually added in to an album seeing how it’s mainly just popular albums that have the feature. I imagine in time it’ll be on every album but until then we’ll just have to live with fake singles.
